European Le Mans Series 2016 – trzynasty sezon serii wyścigowej European Le Mans Series organizowanej przez Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO). Rozpoczął się on 16 kwietnia wyścigiem na torze Silverstone, a zakończył się 23 października wyścigiem w Estoril.

Zmiany Klasa GTC, korzystająca z aut FIA GT3, została zlikwidowana.

Zespoły LMP2 miały do dyspozycji dwa silniki przez cały sezon.
