Neolamprologus tretocephalus és una espècie de peix de la família dels cíclids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.
Morfologia Els mascles poden assolir els 15 cm de longitud total.
Distribució geogràfica És un endemisme del nord del llac Tanganyika (Àfrica oriental)
