La cerimònia dels 22ns Premis AVN, presentada per Adult Video News (AVN), va tenir lloc el 8 de gener de 2005 al Venetian Hotel Grand Ballroom, a Paradise (Nevada). Durant la cerimònia, AVN va presentar els Premis AVN (també coneguts com a Oscars del porno) en gairebé 100 categories en homenatge a les millors pel·lícules pornogràfiques estrenades entre l'1 d'octubre de 2003 i el 30 de setembre, 2004.
