Cesar Julio Romero, Jr., nado en Nova York o 15 de febreiro de 1907 e finado en Santa Monica (California) o 1 de xaneiro de 1994, foi un actor, humorista e cantante estadounidense.
Traxectoria Romero naceu en Nova York, fillo de Cesar Julio Romero, Sr. e de María Mantilla (filla de José Martí). A súa familia perdeu o seu negocio de importación de azucre trala caída da bolsa en 1929 e as ganancias de Romero en Hollywood permitiron saír adiante á súa familia, que o seguiu ata a costa oeste.
A altura de Romero deulle especialmente papeis de Latin lover entre as décadas de 1930 e 1950, ademais de interpretar malvados, como en The Thin Man, con William Powell. En 1947 interpretou a Hernán Cortés no filme O capitán de Castela, de Henry King.
Desde mediados da década de 1950 traballou tamén na televisión. Entre 1966 e 1968 interpretou a The Joker na serie Batman e entre 1985 e 1987 participou en Falcon Crest.
Finou de bronquite e pneumonía aos 86 anos.
