O Philip K. Dick Award é un premio de ciencia ficción que se presenta anualmente na Norwescon patrocinado pola Science Fiction Society of Philadelphia e (desde 2005) apoiado pola Philip K. Dick Fund, chamado así polo escritor de ciencia ficción Philip K. Dick. Concédese desde 1983, premiando a obra Software de Rudy Decker (1982) o ano despois da morte de Dick. As obras que recibiron este premio están identificadas nas súas portadas co texto Best Original SF Paperback (Mellor SF orixinal en rústica). Este premio concédese á mellor obra orixinal publicada en encadernación rústica cada ano nos Estados Unidos.
O premio foi fundado por Thomas Disch coa asistencia de David G. Hartwell, Paul S. Williams e Charles N. Brown. Actualmente está xestionado por David G. Hartwell e Gordon Van Gelder. Os administradores anteriores inclúen Algis J. Budrys e David Alexander Smith.
