I Campionati statunitensi di sci alpino 2018 si sono svolti a Sun Valley dal 21 al 26 marzo. Il programma ha incluso gare di supergigante, slalom gigante, slalom speciale e combinata, tutte sia maschili sia femminili.
Trattandosi di competizioni valide anche ai fini del punteggio FIS, vi hanno partecipato anche sciatori di altre federazioni, senza che questo consentisse loro di concorrere al titolo nazionale statunitense.
