La Liga A 2022-2023, 73ª edizione della massima serie del campionato belga di pallavolo femminile, si è svolta dal 22 ottobre 2022 al 29 aprile 2023: al torneo hanno partecipato dieci squadre di club belghe e la vittoria finale è andata per la quindicesima volta all'.
Regolamento Formula La formula ha previsto: Regular season, disputata con girone all'italiana, con gare di andata e ritorno, per un totale di diciotto giornate: le squadre classificate nelle prime quattro posizioni hanno acceduto ai play-off scudetto, quelle classificate dal quinto all'ottavo posto hanno acceduto ai play-off challenge, mentre le ultime due classificate ha acceduto ai play-down; Play-off scudetto, disputati con girone all'italiana, con gare di andata e ritorno, per un totale di sei giornate: per la classifica le squadre hanno ricevuto punti extra in base alla posizione in regular season: 6 punti alla prima classificata, 4 punti alla seconda e 2 punti alla terza; al termine le prime due classificate hanno acceduto alla finale scudetto, mentre la terza e quarta classificate hanno acceduto alla finale per il terzo posto; Finale per il terzo posto, con gare di andata e ritorno (ed eventuale golden-set in caso di parità); Finale scudetto, al meglio di due vittorie su tre gare; Play-off challenge, disputati con girone all'italiana, con gare di andata e ritorno, per un totale di sei giornate: per la classifica le squadre hanno ricevuto punti extra in base alla posizione in regular season: 6 punti alla quinta classificata, 4 punti alla sesta e 2 punti alla settima; la migliore classificata ha ottenuto il diritto di partecipazione alla Challenge Cup; Play-down, al meglio di due vittore su tre gare: la perdente è stata retrocessa in Nationale 1.
Criteri di classifica Se il risultato finale è stato di 3-0 o 3-1 sono stati assegnati 3 punti alla squadra vincente e 0 a quella sconfitta, se il risultato finale è stato di 3-2 sono stati assegnati 2 punti alla squadra vincente e 1 a quella sconfitta.
L'ordine del posizionamento in classifica è stato definito in base a: Punti; Numero di partite vinte; Ratio dei set vinti/persi; Risultato degli scontri diretti.
