L'album è uscito per la Tooth & Nail Records, è stato prodotto da Matt Goldman e Adam Dutkiewicz (facenti parte del gruppo metalcore Killswitch Engage) e contiene 11 tracce. Da queste è stato estratto come primo singolo Desperate Times, Desperate Measures.
