La stagione 2010 della GP3 Series è la prima della neonata categoria GP3 Series, nata a supporto della GP2 Series. Il campionato prevede gare nei fine settimana della GP2 Series, tranne in quello previsto a Monaco. Vi prendono parte 10 team, con tre piloti ciascuno. Il campionato viene vinto dal pilota messicano Esteban Gutiérrez. Il campionato riservato ai team è vinto dalla ART Grand Prix.
La pre-stagione Calendario Inizialmente il calendario è previsto su 8 appuntamenti. Rispetto alla prima stesura del calendario è stato aggiunto anche un weekend in Turchia, mentre è stato cancellato l'appuntamento di Portimão.
