Il Campionato europeo FIA di Formula 3 2012 è stata la prima edizione di questo campionato, erede del campionato europeo di F3 disputato tra il 1975 e il 1984, in forma di serie di gare, e proseguito poi, fino al 2002, con la formula della gara unica. Il titolo è stato vinto dal pilota spagnolo Daniel Juncadella.
La prestagione Calendario Un calendario da dieci weekend, con due gare ciascuno, venne annunciato il 15 marzo 2012, fatto da sette gare della F3 Euro Series 2012, due della F3 inglese (con la gara del Norisring valida per entrambi i campionati), più due gare singole, il Gran Premio di Pau e una gara da tenersi sul Circuito di Spa-Francorchamps.
