O Óscar de Melhor Som é um Óscar que reconhece a melhor ou mais eufônica mixagem, gravação, design de som e edição de som. Geralmente é concedido aos misturadores de som de produção, misturadores de regravação e editores de som supervisores do filme vencedor. Nas listas abaixo, o vencedor do prêmio de cada ano é mostrado primeiro, seguido pelos outros indicados. Antes do Oscar 2021, Melhor Mixagem de Som e Melhor Edição de Som eram categorias distintas.
