Sinogastromyzon é um género de peixe actinopterígeo da família Balitoridae.
Há alguma disputa sobre as espécies neste gênero. Esta lista deriva principalmente do trabalho de Kottelat, 2012, com a adição de espécies descritas posteriormente.
