One Night Only – The Greatest Hits (também distribuído como Elton John One Night Only – The Greatest Hits) é o quarto álbum ao vivo do cantor e compositor britânico Elton John, lançado em 2000. Only: The Greatest Hits Live at Madison Square Garden.
