Синдром гипоплазии левых отделов сердца (СГЛОС) или гипоплазия левых отделов сердца () — клинический синдром, который характеризуется наличием таких врожденных пороков сердца, как умеренная или выраженная гипоплазия или атрезия митрального клапана, левого желудочка, аортального клапана и различной степени гипоплазия восходящей аорты.
