Objęła funkcję profesora nadzwyczajnego Katedry Ekonomii i Polityki Gospodarczej w Agrobiznesie, w latach 2014-2019 pełniła funkcję prodziekana Wydziału Ekonomicznego i Społecznego Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Poznaniu, a także członka zarządu Stowarzyszenia Ekonomistów Rolnictwa i Agrobiznesu.
Odbyła staże naukowe na Uniwersytecie Humboldta w Berlinie, Uniwersytecie Kalifornijskim w Davis (stypendium Fulbright Senior Award 2010-11), Uniwersytecie Kalifornijskim w Berkeley, Uniwersytecie Jiangnan w Chinach oraz Uniwersytecie Przyrodniczym w Pradze.
