Meketichoffatia è un genere di piccoli mammiferi estinti vissuti nel Cretaceo inferiore. Furono tra i membri più basali nell'ordine anch'esso estinto dei Multituberculata. Vissero durante l'età dei Dinosauri, condividendo l'habitat con specie come l'Allosauro. Meketichoffatia è compreso nel sottordine dei "Plagiaulacida" e nella sottofamiglia Paulchoffatiinae (famiglia Paulchoffatiidae). Il suo nome [(non più Choffatia?) dal nome del geologo portoghese Léon Paul Choffat] gli venne dato da G.Hahn nel 1993 basandosi su una singola specie.
I resti fossili della specie Meketichoffatia krausei furono scoperti negli strati di Guimarota, in Portogallo, risalenti al Kimmeridgiano (giurassico superiore), e consistenti in due mascelle.
